Value Added Acquisitions
Multifamily properties in need of moderate to extensive capital expenditures, renovation, repositioning and/or improvement in management.

General Guidelines:

  • Garden style, mid-rise or high-rise properties.
  • Solid/improving employment base or proximity to major university or research institution.
  • Minimum $2 million.
  • 16 units minimum in urban or suburban-urban location.
  • Will consider smaller assets with significant value added potential.
  • Will consider mixed used assets with a significant multifamily portion.
