Fiola Communities sells 16 units in Anaheim California

We are pleased to announce the successful closing of our apartment building on Casa Grande in Anaheim, California. These apartments were sold after Fiola Communities made significant improvements to the community providing the residents with a cleaner, safer, and more attractive living environment. Our efforts have returned an exceptional 27.5%  to the investors. We are delighted with the results here.
